- **Collaborate and Welcome Contributions**: Embrace contributions, new ideas, and questions. We encourage everyone to support each other in learning and growing within the Rustic community.
- **Provide and Accept Constructive Feedback**: Approach feedback with a positive, open mindset. Offer suggestions kindly and accept feedback as an opportunity for improvement.
### Unacceptable Behavior
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
- **Harassment or Discrimination**: Any form of harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other personal attributes is not tolerated.
- **Disrespectful or Dismissive Behavior**: Personal attacks, rude comments, and dismissive behavior are not acceptable. Always address contributions and questions with respect.
