This has been superseded by the more flexible: @ref mongocrypt_ctx_setopt_key_encryption_key

@param[in] ctx The @ref mongocrypt_ctx_t object. @param[in] region The AWS region. @param[in] region_len The string length of @p region. Pass -1 to determine the string length with strlen (must be NULL terminated). @param[in] cmk The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the customer master key (CMK). @param[in] cmk_len The string length of @p cmk_len.
