This has been superseded by the more flexible: @ref mongocrypt_setopt_kms_providers

@param[in] crypt The @ref mongocrypt_t object. @param[in] aws_access_key_id The AWS access key ID used to generate KMS messages. @param[in] aws_access_key_id_len The string length (in bytes) of @p aws_access_key_id.
