Module pages

Status and report pages for CI broker.

This module generates an HTML status page for the CI broker, as well as per-repository pages for any repository for which the CI broker has mediated to run CI. The status page gives the latest known status of the broker, plus lists the repositories that CI has run for. The per-repository pages lists all the runs for that repository.
