Macro export

macro_rules! export {
    ($ty:ident) => { ... };
    ($ty:ident with_types_in $($path_to_types_root:tt)*) => { ... };
}

Generates #[unsafe(no_mangle)] functions to export the specified type as the root implementation of all generated traits.
