Mode for connection re-establishment
By default, when a transient error is encountered, the connection in use will be poisoned. This
behavior can be disabled by setting ReconnectMode::ReuseAllConnections
instead.

Reconnect on ErrorKind::TransientError
ReuseAllConnections
Disable reconnect on error
When this setting is applied, 503s, timeouts, and other transient errors will not lead to a new connection being established unless the connection is closed by the remote.
