Each settings group will be represented as a constant DESCRIPTORS array.

Lower snake-case name of setting as defined in meta.

description: &'static str

The description of the setting.

offset: u32

Offset of byte containing this setting.

detail: Detail

Additional details, depending on the kind of setting.
