#[non_exhaustive]pub enum OddLengthStrategy {
Accept,
NextEven,
Fail,
}
Expand description
A strategy for when the parser finds a data element with an odd number in the length header field.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Accept
Accept elements with an odd length as is, continuing data set reading normally.
NextEven
Assume that the real length is length + 1
,
as in the next even number.
Fail
Raise an error instead
