• end_block - The end block to query for past operator registrations.

Ok(()) if successful, otherwise an error.

Queries past operator registration events and fills the database by sending messages to the operator info service channel. This information is then stored in OperatorState`.

• start_block - The start block to query for past operator registrations.
• end_block - The end block to query for past operator registrations.

Returns

Ok(()) if successful, otherwise an error.
