Additional context to use during ArtifactOutput::on_output()

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

cache: Cow<'a, SolFilesCache>

Cache file of the project or empty if no caching is enabled

This context is required for partially cached recompile with conflicting files, so that we can use the same adjusted output path for conflicting files like:
