Enum etk_ops::FromSliceError
source · pub enum FromSliceError<E>where
E: 'static + Display + Error,{
TryInto {
source: E,
backtrace: Backtrace,
},
NoImmediate {
backtrace: Backtrace,
},
}
Expand description
Errors that can occur when parsing an operation from a byte slice.
Variants§
TryInto
Fields
§
source: E
The source of this error.
Converting the byte slice into an immediate failed.
Often means the slice was the wrong length.
NoImmediate
The slice is too long for instructions that do not take an immediate argument.

source§impl<E> Error for FromSliceError<E>where
Self: Debug + Display,
E: 'static + Display + Error,
impl<E> Error for FromSliceError<E>where Self: Debug + Display, E: 'static + Display + Error,
source§fn description(&self) -> &str
fn description(&self) -> &str
👎Deprecated since 1.42.0: use the Display impl or to_string()
source§fn cause(&self) -> Option<&dyn Error>
fn cause(&self) -> Option<&dyn Error>
👎Deprecated since 1.33.0: replaced by Error::source, which can support downcasting

source§fn iter_chain(&self) -> ChainCompat<'_>where
Self: AsErrorSource,
fn iter_chain(&self) -> ChainCompat<'_>where Self: AsErrorSource,
Returns an iterator for traversing the chain of errors,
starting with the current error
and continuing with recursive calls to
Error::source

For maximum effectiveness, this needs to be called as a method
to benefit from Rust’s automatic dereferencing of method
receivers.
