Network addresses and names for all p2p connections

Our peer id (generally should not change)

§fed_bind: SocketAddr

Our bind address for communicating with peers

§api_bind: SocketAddr

Our bind address for our API endpoints

§max_connections: u32

How many API connections we will accept

§broadcast_round_delay_ms: u16

Influences the atomic broadcast latency, should be higher than the expected latency between peers so everyone can get proposed consensus items confirmed. This is only relevant for byzantine faults.

If you are changing this value you likely also want to change ServerConfigConsensus::broadcast_expected_rounds_per_session. To keep the session time constant these two have to behave inversely proportional.
