First write page access cost.

First write access cost for page, which has been already read accessed.

§host_func_read: CostOf<GearPagesAmount>

First read page access cost from host function call.

§host_func_write: CostOf<GearPagesAmount>

First write page access cost from host function call.

§host_func_write_after_read: CostOf<GearPagesAmount>

First write page access cost from host function call.
