Expand description

Code identifier.

This identifier can be obtained as a result of executing the gear.uploadCode extrinsic. Actually, the code identifier is the Blake2 hash of the Wasm binary code blob.

Code identifier is required when creating programs from programs (see gstd::prog module for details).
