pub struct Interface {
    pub name: String,
    pub addr: IfAddr,
    pub index: Option<u32>,
    pub adapter_name: String,
}
Expand description

Details about an interface on this host.

Fields§

§name: String

The name of the interface.

§addr: IfAddr

The address details of the interface.

§index: Option<u32>

The index of the interface.

§adapter_name: String
Available on Windows only.

(Windows only) A permanent and unique identifier for the interface. It cannot be modified by the user. It is typically a GUID string of the form: “{XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}”, but this is not guaranteed by the Windows API.

Implementations§

source§

impl Interface

source

pub const fn is_loopback(&self) -> bool

Check whether this is a loopback interface.

Check whether this is a link local interface.

source

pub const fn ip(&self) -> IpAddr

Get the IP address of this interface.

impl PartialEq for Interface

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &Interface) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
