Expand description

An error returned when a raw VCF header fails to parse.

Variants§

§

Empty

The input is empty.

§

InvalidUtf8(Utf8Error)

The input contains invalid UTF-8.

§

MissingFileFormat

The file format (fileformat) is missing.

§

UnexpectedFileFormat

The file format (fileformat) appears other than the first line.

§

InvalidRecord(ParseError)

A record is invalid.

§

DuplicateInfoId(String)

An info ID is duplicated.

§

DuplicateFilterId(String)

A filter ID is duplicated.

§

DuplicateFormatId(String)

A format ID is duplicated.

§

DuplicateAlternativeAlleleId(String)

An alternative allele ID is duplicated.

§

DuplicateContigId(String)

A contig ID is duplicated.

§

InvalidRecordValue(AddError)

A record has an invalid value.

§

MissingHeader

The header is missing.

§

InvalidHeader(String, String)

The header is invalid.

§

DuplicateSampleName(String)

A sample name is duplicated.

§ 1.5 Header line syntax (2021-01-13): “Duplicate sample IDs are not allowed.”

§

ExpectedEof

More data unexpectedly appears after the header header (#CHROM…).

§

StringMapPositionMismatch((usize, String), (usize, String))

The position of the entry in the string match does not match the absolute position defined by the IDX field of a record.
