`Mandatory(Option<char>, SyntaxShape)`

A mandatory flag, with associated argument. eg) foo --required xyz, foo -r xyz

`Optional(Option<char>, SyntaxShape)`

An optional flag, with associated argument. eg) foo --optional abc, foo -o abc
