§destination: SocketAddr

The socket this datagram should be sent to

§ecn: Option<EcnCodepoint>

Explicit congestion notification bits to set on the packet

§size: usize

Amount of data written to the caller-supplied buffer

§segment_size: Option<usize>

The segment size if this transmission contains multiple datagrams. This is None if the transmit only contains a single datagram

§src_ip: Option<IpAddr>

Optional source IP address for the datagram
