Struct AttributeType

source
pub struct AttributeType(/* private fields */);
Expand description

A STUN attribute type is a hex number in the range 0x0000-0xFFFF. STUN attribute types in the range 0x0000-0x7FFF are considered comprehension-required.

§Examples

 let attr_type = AttributeType::from(0x0008);
 assert_eq!(attr_type.as_u16(), 0x0008);
 // This is a comprehension required attribute
 assert!(attr_type.is_comprehension_required());
 // This is not a comprehension optional attribute
 assert!(!attr_type.is_comprehension_optional());

Implementations§

source§

impl AttributeType

source

source

pub fn as_u16(&self) -> u16

source

pub fn is_comprehension_required(&self) -> bool

Returns true if this is a comprehension required attribute

source

pub fn is_comprehension_optional(self) -> bool

Returns true if this is a comprehension optional attribute
