Creates the default settings builder.

Sets the project output directory. It’s used as current working directory.

Sets the package types to create.

Sets the package settings.

Sets the bundle settings.

Package settings will be read from Cargo.toml.

Bundle settings will be read from $TAURI_DIR/tauri.conf.json if it exists and fallback to Cargo.toml’s [package.metadata.bundle].
