Timezone formats of GeneralizedTime to allow.

X.690 allows GeneralizedTime to have multiple timezone formats. However, various RFCs restrict which formats are allowed. This enumeration exists to express which formats should be allowed by a parser.

Z

Z timezone identifier only.
